Clement Mary Ndukwe in the year 1963 at our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Orile Iganmu, Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos; though the later left the catholic church. However, the two brothers were asked to join forces and create an arm which was actualize on July 13 1977 and called it Rosary Brigade Guard (RBG).

Clement Mary Opara, J.P. was officially recognized and invested as the sole founder of BRCBG in Nigeria. Finally, her National Instructor is Col. Partrick Salami Egbuche (Lieutenant in the army) while her current National Commander is Maj. Festus Mary l. Amuzie from Sokoto diocese (Kaduna province) elected at sacred heart chaplaincy, Elele, Port Harcourt Diocese in 2018 October BRC national conference.
